Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can sweeten condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9 inches) unbaked pie crust
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust.
2. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake 40 to 50 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
3. Cool completely. Serve or Store in refrigerator until serving time.
