||Tomato-ginger Fish Ball Soup


300g tomato,
200g fish ball,
5 pieces ginger,
1-2 green onion
A right amount of salt

1. Clean the prepared tomato, and cut them into slice;
2. Wash green onion, and cut it into dicer;
3. Cut fish ball in half;
3. Pour clear water and ginger into a pot, and boil it in a big fire;
4. After boiling it, add cut tomato and fish ball into the soup;
5. When the food is mature, put green union and a right amount of salt, that’s ok.
6. Vegetable soup is finished, can be eaten for 3-4 persons.
