Portugal Fried Fish

It is said that if you have not to eat Portugal seafood, you did not mean to Portugal. Portugal, in southern Europe, has the Atlantic current “blessing”, the rich seafood is a heaven-sent gift to Iberian peninsula. Portugal is famous for the seafood, as well as the world-famous egg tarts, attracts the world’s people there, then the following we will introduce a delicious recipe- Portugal fried fish.

Ingredients

150 g rush fish /Manta Ray /Sole fish/mackerel

The Directions

1. Clean seafood and fish with fish skinning machine, sprinkle with turmeric powder and salt, grasp uniform to marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Pull a large sheet of aluminum foil, covered with banana leaves. Spread the seafood, okra, and tomato in the middle. Evenly covered with sauce, put aluminum foil, folding tightly the package, it is better to airtight.
3. Preheat the oven to 400F(200C), and then put the seafood into the oven and bake for 35 minutes. If you have home BBQ stove, use the big fire to roast for 20-25 minutes. PS: if you have none of the oven and BBQ stove, heat a wok on the stove, add a cup of water, package the foil into the wok, over high heat stamped cooking 10-15 minutes, until the water in the work dries up.
